BREAKOUT SESSION TITLE: "BEYOND "GOOD TO GREAT": WAIT...THERE'S MORE!"

This informative and inspiring session couples the energy, action, and excitement of a typical Allan Johnson workshop with the deeply rich daily practices of PERSONAL EXCELLENCE. Participants will gain from this session a daily plan for INTENTIONALITY & PURPOSE, tools for helping them to believe in their abilities, and connecting skills to inspire efficient teamwork. This experience will be interwoven masterfully with the powerful insights of Jim Collins' "GOOD TO GREAT" and Spencer Johnson's "High Five!" Participants will leave the session fully equipped to model excellence and authenticity as well as inspired to go the extra mile in building strong and meaningful relationships with their teams through synergy. Allan Johnson is Founder and CEO of Johnson Performance Systems. He is an internationally recognized presenter and motivational speaker who remains in constant demand with schools, universities, civic organizations, churches, and corporations around the globe.   

For more than two decades, Allan has been assisting teams through innovative instructional strategies, current brain-based learning and leadership research, as well as Common Core U.S. and International Academic Standards. Mr. Johnson has presented to over 60,000 students and adults all over the world!

Allan was selected as the District Teacher of the Year for the Western Heights School District in 2000 where he was once a student/athlete. His giftedness and credentials as a former elementary and secondary music teacher and coach have helped him create a most unusual, yet effective, use of music and movement to enhance the learning environment and the engagement of learners of all ages.

Allan is busy at work completing his first book entitled, “Curing The Dropout Epidemic” and is anticipating its release. He is currently the game show host and executive producer of the TV and WEB sensation, “Oklahoma vs. The World!”, an academic trivia game show where top students from Oklahoma schools compete in a fast-paced academic quiz against top students from schools around the world via Skype!

Allan, his wife Jill, and their three children, Lydia, Zoe, and Nathan live in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
